His background spans luxury, market rate, new construction, senior housing, and affordable communities, grounded in strong financial acumen and a passion for operational excellence. At Sail, Todd drives performance through disciplined execution, data-informed strategy, and a relentless commitment to creating value for partners and residents alike. Outside of work, he enjoys both the thrill of competitive sailing and relaxing cruises with his family, traveling and adventures.

PRINCIPAL

Angela brings two decades of experience in strategic sales, marketing, and leadership. Known for her ability to blend creativity with precision, she leads Sail’s growth, brand strategy, and client relations with a focus on measurable results and meaningful partnerships. Her background spans marketing strategy, branding, and consultative sales, and she is passionate about creating experiences that inspire connection and excellence. Outside of work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two boys, as well as bicycling, cooking, reading, and traveling.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

As Sail’s Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer leads the charge in operations, marketing, finance, and business development—bringing structure, accountability, and energy to every corner of the organization. With over two decades of multifamily experience, she is known for scaling teams, strengthening systems, and aligning people around a shared vision. A passionate advocate for learning, leadership and growth, Jennifer also serves as Chair of the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association. Outside of work, she's active with family, friends, cheering on her daughter at volleyball, and playing a competitive game of pickleball.

CONTROLLER

With over 20 years of property accounting experience, Stacie brings precision, depth, and discipline to every financial detail. She has overseen the accounting and reporting for thousands of units, guided complex ownership structures, and built strong financial systems from the ground up. At Sail, Stacie ensures accuracy, transparency, and stability across the portfolio—championing processes that empower owners, strengthen performance, and keep the organization running with confidence and clarity. Outside of work, Stacie loves spending time with her daughters and can often be found at the rink during hockey season, cheering them on from the stands.

DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Emily leads Sail’s property management operations with a rare blend of high standards, empathy, and accountability. With more than two decades of experience spanning luxury, affordable, and mixed-income communities, she brings a deep understanding of both the operational and human sides of property management. Her leadership is defined by clarity, consistency, and a hands-on approach that builds trust with teams, strengthens performance across the portfolio, and ensures every resident experience reflects Sail’s Legendary Service. Outside of work, Emily enjoys time with her family and can often be found on the sidelines cheering for her two boys at their soccer games.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ashleigh is an accomplished creative director and designer who brings vision, strategy, and artistry to every project she leads. Known for crafting visual concepts that inspire, inform, and elevate brands, she blends creative expertise with marketing insight to deliver results that drive awareness and growth. At Sail, Ashleigh oversees the creative direction across the portfolio, ensuring every design and message reflects the company’s standard of excellence. Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors—hiking, camping, exploring national parks, traveling, and enjoying time with her family.
